You can now easily monitor your heart rate and track your health using just your phone camera, without the need for any special medical equipment. Our app utilizes an advanced non-invasive optical technique called photoplethysmography (PPG) to provide accurate and efficient measurements.
 
Here's how to use our app:

 <li>Completely cover the camera lens and flashlight with your fingertip, avoiding excessive pressure that could reduce blood flow.</li>
 <li>Keep your phone steady and remain still during the measurement.</li>
 <li>Ensure your fingers are not cold.</li>
 <li>Press the button and get your results.</li>
</ol>
 
You can also track your measurements over time using our visual display and personalized dashboard, providing you with a comprehensive history of your measurements. Additionally, our app integrates with the Apple Health App, allowing you to share your heart rate results easily.
 
Stay connected to your health by receiving notifications that remind you to check your pulse regularly. Our app also helps you improve your performance by tracking the effectiveness of your workouts, helping you achieve your fitness goals.
 
It's important to note that our app provides recommendations only and should not be used for diagnostics or medical purposes. Always consult a healthcare professional before making any medical decisions.
 
Please be aware that our app does not measure blood pressure, oxygen levels, or body temperature. To obtain these values, you will need a thermometer, a tonometer, and a pulse oximeter. You can conveniently store all of your measurement data in our "Heart Rate" feature.
 
A yearly subscription with a 3-day free trial period is available, granting you full access to unlimited measurements per day, monthly statistics, health insights, and an ad-free experience. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
